The LEGO Group

Since March 2023, I have worked on over 25 projects with The LEGO Group - roughly a new piece every month.

This includes photo and video editing on location at LEGO activations, recapping campaigns, creating store opening promotional materials ahead of time, and my fav - producing motion graphic wrap up presentations to deliver campaign results to shareholders. Those videos can't be shown in full here due to sensitive financial information, but below are some captures taken from the full videos.

It's been a creative dream working with The LEGO Group and partnerships such as Formula 1, Nike, Fortnite and Star Wars.

LEGO x Nike: The Play Arena | Manchester Arndale

September 2025

I remember the first brief I got for the LEGO and Nike collab.

Two GOAT brands coming together? I knew it would be next level.

One of our latest projects was the #PlayArena at Manchester Arndale.

I handled the post-production for this activation,
turning around the official recap just 24 hours after the event wrapped.

The goal was to capture that specific energy of kids jumping from shooting hoops to building at play tables, and get it edited and out there while the buzz was still fresh.

LEGO Gaming end of year wrap December 2025

As mentioned at the top, many of the videos I created with LEGO were these After Effects corporate wrap videos. They contain financial numbers and therefore cannot be shared for the most part. Here is the 1st draft created whilst awaiting the final numbers from LEGO.

I love the challenge of blending in store footage with the official web campaign kits. LEGO sends over their web adverts and POS graphics, and my job is to stitch them together in to present the global campaign in one highlight video.

Editing photos and video on-site capturing the energy of a LEGO Store opening, November 2024.

Whilst I usually like to take time to perfect, often the goal is speed and here I provided on site post-production for LEGO in Bristol. This fast turnaround project required real time photo editing for immediate press distribution and a same day video recap for corporate stakeholders. I managed the entire pipeline from ingest to delivery within the fast paced, live-event environment, working with excellent videographers and photographers who were on shop floor, as I edited upstairs for a cohesive delivery.

Throwback to my first on site with LEGO, which still after these years holds a place in my heart. Bringing to life the iconic Manchester Bee for the opening of their Trafford Centre store in 2023. The new store was to showcase this eye-catching big build of a giant LEGO worker bee, which features 5,372 LEGO bricks and took over 68 hours to complete.

Getting to mount a GoPro on top, and 'fly' it around the whole shopping centre early hours, then green screening the bee and putting it all together was a dream project to start on. Really enjoyed collaborating with all those at LEGO creative, plus Goce and Aaron from 3HA as we brought this advert to life.

Let's work on something similar

In 2026, I have the availability to work remotely on a project for you!
